This production of Romeo and Juliet will take place in the summer of 2013 in Georgetown. The two star-crossed lovers will meet at Georgetown University, while taking a photography course, a subject that they are both passionate about. Allie Romney, one of the granddaughters of Mitt Romney, will play the role of Juliet Capulet. Her family is not only Republican, but they are Mormons. The young Conor Kennedy, who is a relative of President John F. Kennedy, will play Romeo. The Kennedy’s are not only Democrats, but they are Catholics. When Romeo and Juliet first meet at the photography camp, Romeo bumps into her, causing her to drop all of her papers. While he is picking up her papers, he looks up, and sees a beautiful girl and he immediately falls in love with her. Fortunately for Romeo, he is paired with Juliet for a photography project, and they continue to work with each other throughout the summer. Slowly, Juliet starts to fall in love with Romeo, despite the fact that his family has different political and religious views.
